Terms and conditions for issue of Aegean and Olympic Air "€pistrofi" Tickets

  1. Holders of cards that are part of “€pistrofi” Program (hereinafter "Holder"), the Card loyalty program of Eurobank may redeem the €pistrofi euros they have collected by using their card (hereinafter "Card") to issue airline tickets offered by Aegean Airlines (Aegean) (hereinafter “€pistrofi” Ticket) and Olympic Air in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein which supplement the terms of the aforementioned Program.
  2. To issue/purchase an “€pistrofi” Ticket, Holders must accumulate the €pistrofi euros stipulated on the redemption charts.
  3. €pistrofi euros apply to one-way flights. The total €pistrofi euros required to issue the “€pistrofi” Ticket are derived from the sum of the €pistrofi euros corresponding to each segment of the route.
  4. “€pistrofi” Tickets are issued exclusively for specific, scheduled direct domestic or international flights operated by Aegean and Olympic Air. Tickets with open departure and return dates are not issued. Mixed cabin (Economy & Business) combination in the same booking it's not permitted.
  5. The seats available for “€pistrofi” Tickets on each flight are limited, pursuant to Aegean and Olympic Air’s current business policy. General availability of seats on a particular flight does not imply availability of “€pistrofi” Ticket seats.
  6. Aegean and Olympic Air reserve the right to limit or exclude “€pistrofi” Ticket seat availability on any flight, to any destination and during any period, and is not responsible for any inability to make a booking during periods of high-demand.
  7. “€pistrofi” Tickets may be issued in the name of the Card Holder or in the name of a third party that the Holder indicates to Aegean and Olympic Air.
  8. It is noted that “€pistrofi” Tickets do not include taxes, airport duties, Athens International Airport charges, additional premiums or any other charges or fees (hereinafter "Charges") imposed on passengers by any authority or body. Charges must be paid by the Holder and are posted to the Card used to redeem the €pistrofi euros for the issue/purchase of the “€pistrofi” Ticket.
  9. In the event passengers wish to make any changes to the “€pistrofi” ticket information and/or cancel it or they do not show up for the flight and wish to reissue the ticket, they will be subject to additional charges and restrictions.   10. €pistrofi euros related to cancelled tickets are refunded in full. €pistrofi euros are not refunded in the event of a no-show or if the passenger does not notify Aegean and Olympic Air before the flight. Where applicable, €pistrofi euros are re-credited to the Card within three business days of the cancellation. In the event an “€pistrofi” Ticket is cancelled and the Holder requests verification that the €pistrofi euros have been correctly refunded to the Card, Aegean and Olympic Air may undertake to review the case only for “€pistrofi” Tickets issued up to one year before the request for a review is lodged.
  11. The issue/purchase of “€pistrofi” Tickets, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively, online through www.aegeanair.com, or by calling at Aegean Call Center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. For tickets purchased through the Call Center, a service fee of 20 euros per ticket is applied. “€pistrofi” Tickets are not issued by travel agencies (online or offline), or other entities.
  12. The change and the cancellation of “€pistrofi” Tickets, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively by calling at Aegean Call Center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. Additional charges apply.
  13. Resale or exchange of “€pistrofi” Tickets is strictly prohibited. In the event the aforementioned provision is violated, or where there is evidence of illegal use or abuse of the Holder's rights deriving herefrom, the Bank reserves the right to immediately exclude the Holder from any current or future offer under the Program and to remove all the €pistrofi euros from the Holder's Card.
  14. Aegean and Olympic Air’s liability is limited by the provisions of current Greek and international legislation.
  15. The carriage of Aegean and Olympic Air passengers is subject to Aegean and Olympic Air’s conditions of carriage and to laws applying to air transport in force from time to time.
