We are constantly offering more flexibility to you, our loyal customers, Miles+Bonus members, so that you can always benefit from your Miles+Bonus benefits. 

Tier extension

Especially for you, our Silver and Gold Miles+Bonus members, we have extended your tier expiration date for 6 months, offering 18 months, instead or 12, in order to reach the rules for your tier retention. If, for example, your tier was expiring on 30/11/2020, the new tier expiration date has changed to 30/05/2021. Therefore, the period you have now available to meet the criteria for tier retain will be 18 months, and specifically from 31/11/2019 until 29/05/2021.

• Are you a Silver or Gold member who has already accrued the requested number of miles for tier retain?
In this case your tier is secured for 12 months post the extended tier expiration date. For example, if your tier originally expired on 30/11/2020 and has been extended for 30/05/2021 and you have accrued the requested number of miles for tier retain, your tier is secured until 30/05/2022.
• Are you a Silver or Gold member that has already secured your tier up until 2022?
In this case no extension of tier duration will take place.
• Digital Miles+Bonus membership card and coupons
The digital membership card in Miles+Bonus account, is updated with the new expiration date of your tier. You can check out your card by logging in to Miles+Bonus account in aegeanair.com or through AEGEAN app. We are not going to send out new membership cards for this extension period. However, if you wish to print your membership card, you can do so in your Miles+Bonus account through aegeanair.com or through AEGEAN App by selecting “Reissue my card”. Apart from your tier, complimentary tier coupons are extended for 6 months as well.

Flexibility in tickets purchased via award miles

If your flight was cancelled, and the tickets were purchased via award miles, we refund you the respective miles, as well as the amount of the taxes paid for any AEGEAN, Olympic Air or Star Alliance flights.

Up to 3,000 award miles for every rebooking

For you that had scheduled a flight up until 31.07.2020, we offered you the opportunity to change your tickets, for any future date until 21.03.2021 with zero fare difference, zero rebooking fees and also to earn up to 3,000 award miles for every ticket change, made up until 03.05.2020.
