Release Athens 2026 welcomes Imiskoumbria on Friday, July 3, at Plateia Nerou. Three decades after their first release and ten years since their last live appearance, the highly anticipated reunion of the legendary trio is finally a reality. Their first show at Release Athens on June 20 has already sold out, confirming the excitement surrounding their long-awaited return.

Imiskoumbria is the most influential and recognizable act in Greek hip hop. Formed in the mid-90s by Dimitris Mentzelos, Mithridatis, and Prytanis, they developed early on a style that combines humor, satire, and a caustic view of everyday life, elements that would become their trademark.
